This session will combine the themes of frictionless experience cross the suite, driving candidate engagement higher and infusing efficiency & operations at scale in to the day to day world of recruiting and talent acquisition.

Experience, communication and intelligence as key drivers for talent acquisition and candidate engagement
In this session, we’ll explore and show you some of the newer functionalities in the context of Workday Recruiting that will drive candidate engagement to new highs. Starting with the new preboarding experience to show you how this can drive a full mobile onboarding, Instagram like experience start to finish to hit the ground running as of day 1. We’ll discuss how AI can help recruiters surface the best passive candidates and leverage all data in an intelligent way through Hiredscore. We’ll focus on optimizing communication with candidates with Messaging and Candidate engagement. And finally, we’ll bring it all together adding the internal mobility piece to the puzzle to show a true integrated approach to talent acquisition and retention.
