Starting with the new preboarding experience to show you how this can drive a full mobile onboarding, Instagram like experience start to finish to hit the ground running as of day 1. We’ll discuss how AI can help recruiters surface the best passive candidates and leverage all data in an intelligent way through Hiredscore. We’ll focus on optimizing communication with candidates with Messaging and Candidate engagement. And finally, we’ll bring it all together adding the internal mobility piece to the puzzle to show a true integrated approach to talent acquisition and retention.
