Starting Kognitiv gave Luke the space to find and implement a consulting model and complimentary systems that made sense logistically and validated his theories on its structure while fostering a work culture fueled on collective team successes and never-ending support for one another. Now, with over 200 employees, Luke will share his thoughts behind implementing Workday as the last solution Kognitiv will need as it continues its growth trajectory.
